Yes, a combination of the above software would be used to formulate and produce

Establish a respectful and efficient process for revisions when concepts evolve.

Short, consistent check-ins to flag decisions, potential bottlenecks, or scope.

Our In house procurement team works hand in hand with the client and our design division to ensure

the best products are sourced at the best prices within the best timeframes.

Procurement Brief:
Document project scope, budget guidelines, timelines, and supplier expectations.


Quote Comparatives:
Request for Quotes with exact specs and timelines.
Compare by cost, craftsmanship, lead time, and warranty.


Ordering & Logistics:
Cross-check deliveries with construction schedules and consolidate shipments to reduce customs complexity.

Time frame: 

Installation of finishes, lighting, furniture fixtures, and custom elements to run concurrently with structural installation schedule.

Final On-site styling styling, art placement, and guest experience detailing,

Snagging & Handover (1 month)

Coordinate:

Coordinate installations based on delivery and construction timeframes.

Prepare room by room install guides, complete with visuals, placement notes,

and handling instructions.

Site Inspection: 

Ensure site is ready for fitments / installations in advance,

with ample time being given to trades for remedial work prior to installation.

Detailed site clean is required prior to our teams arriving to install.

Install:

Our coordinated team of installers/designers take a hands on approach in the installation. Ensuring meticulous attention to detail and placement.

Snag: 
Post-install walk-through to perform deficiency checks, supplier close-outs, and operational handover.

Mechanical, wet works and electrical specialists to be involved from the conceptual stage of design,

to ensure all aspects pertaining to each trade are included in the overall design.

Thereafter the interior scope will fall onto the interior design team to produce technical drawings

and selections in keeping with the architectural vision and overview of the lodge.
